Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least one hour prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations made less than one hour in advance will result in the forfeiture of the $20 deposit. In the event of a no-show - defined as arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time - the $20 deposit will also be non-refundable.
